Refers to draft animals. 4. Examples: hoof (蹄子), hoof tendon (蹄筋). 5. Related terms include:- 蹄尾 (tí wěi): generally refers to the tails of animals. - 蹄腿 (tí tuǐ): the legs of livestock. - 蹄躈 (tí jiǎo): used in ancient times to calculate the number of livestock heads.4. A net for catching hares ([En.] net of catching hare). 5. See also: dì (另见 dì). 引 (Examples): 1. “马候蹄.” from "谷梁传·昭公八年": Interpretation: "蹄, refers to horse's foot." 2. From "庄子·马蹄": "Horse's hooves can tread on frost and snow." 3. From "唐·柳宗元《三戒》": "The donkey could not bear the anger of the hoof."
